Teardown follows a set order and the build reverses it: cloth, pockets, rails, bed sections, frame, legs, each piece wrapped as it comes off.
A table that has been apart before is the normal case here rather than the exception, and it wants more attention going back together. Bolts get checked instead of trusted, seams get filled properly rather than topped up, and anything missing is better known at the quote than found on the basement floor.

What the number is built from.
- Home to home move. We do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table.
- We will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
- Seven, eight and nine foot tables, three piece or one piece slate, in the Columbus area.
- Whether new cloth goes on during the move, which beats bringing a crew back for it.
- Whether the table has been taken apart before, and whether all its hardware came with it.
A picture of the table and one taken from the top of the basement stairs will sharpen the number more than any description.
What finished looks like
We here at Columbus Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional $30 fee for any job that starts after 5 pm, on a Saturday, or on a Sunday. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. On a home to home move we do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table, and we will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
